Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: Apr 9th 2025

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which students or users may request a refund or cancellation of services offered through the university's online portals.


  1. Course Fee Payment and Confirmation
    • All fee payments made online are final once successfully processed.
    • Upon successful payment, a confirmation receipt is sent via registered email and/or SMS.
    • Students and parents/guardians are requested to verify details before proceeding with payments.

  2. Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeline
  3. Students who wish to cancel their admission must submit a cancellation form in the prescribed format to the Center for Online Programs at:

    The following refund rules will apply based on the number of days from the date of admission:

    Cancellation Period (from date of admission) Refund Percentage
    Within 60 days 100% of tuition fee
    Within 75 days 75% of tuition fee
    Within 90 days 50% of tuition fee
    Within 105 days 25% of tuition fee
    After 105 days No refund

    Note: Only the tuition fee is refundable under this policy. Other charges (registration, admission, examination, late fees) are non-refundable


  4. Refund Timeline
    • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 45 working days from the date of receipt of the valid cancellation request.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
    • The institution will not be liable for any delays caused by external banking/payment gateway services.

  5. Duplicate Payments and Technical Errors
    • In the event of a duplicate payment or technical error resulting in an unregistered service/course despite payment, the excess or erroneous amount will be refunded after verification.

  6. Non-Refundable Fees
    • Application Fees, Registration Fees, Admission Fees, Exam Fees, and any late payment charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  7. Cancellation of Services
    • Students must officially communicate any admission or course cancellation in writing using the prescribed form.
    • No cancellations will be accepted once course access has been used (live sessions attended or materials downloaded).
    • Cancellations requested without the official form or beyond 105 days from admission will not be considered for any refund.
