Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: Apr 9th 2025
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under
which students or users may request a refund or cancellation of services
offered through the university's online portals.

Course Fee Payment and Confirmation

All fee payments made online are final once successfully processed.

Upon successful payment, a confirmation receipt is sent via registered
email and/or SMS.

Students and parents/guardians are requested to verify details before
proceeding with payments.

Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeline
Students who wish to cancel their admission must submit a
cancellation form in the prescribed format to the
Center for Online Programs at:

The following refund rules will apply based on the number of days from the
date of admission:

Note: Only the tuition fee is refundable under this policy. Other charges (registration,
admission, examination, late fees) are non-refundable

Refund Timeline

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 45 working days from the
date of receipt of the valid cancellation request.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

The institution will not be liable for any delays caused by external banking/payment
gateway services.

Duplicate Payments and Technical Errors

In the event of a duplicate payment or technical error resulting in an unregistered
service/course despite payment, the excess or erroneous amount will be refunded after
verification.

Non-Refundable Fees

Application Fees, Registration Fees, Admission Fees, Exam Fees, and any late
payment charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation of Services

Students must officially communicate any admission or course cancellation in writing
using the prescribed form.

No cancellations will be accepted once course access has been used (live sessions
attended or materials downloaded).

Cancellations requested without the official form or beyond 105 days from admission
will not be considered for any refund.
